WBITVPA are looking for a Wellness Coordinator to join us for series 2 of FBOY Island Australia.
We are filming in Kingscliff NSW, and are looking to hire someone based somewhat locally to the filming location (metropolitan QLD or Northern NSW). Or, who can otherwise accommodate themselves during our 3 week shoot period 24 February - 17 March 2024.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE
- This role is full time, working on set, for the 3 weeks of filming across 24 February - 17 March 2024.
- Thereafter, the role extends to working in a casual hourly capacity, working 100% remotely, for the period of time post RX up to programme transmission in approx June/July. We anticipate accrued hours during this period to be between 5-10 hours per week of contact time between contributors and the Production/show Psychologist. These hours can be mostly self-managed, so may suit someone with other work or family commitments.
Position Responsibilities:
- First point of call for all wellness related matters for the shows contributors.
- Responding and reporting any concerns surrounding the wellness of the shows participants to the appropriate senior Warner Bros employee.
- Working with the show psychologist to make sure a clear line of communication with all participants is setup and maintained.
- Maintain a professional relationship with participants throughout the pre production, production and post production periods.
- Deliver feedback to the WB executive team as required in a timely manner.
